Destination Wedding Coordination Packages
Our destination wedding coordination services include guided planning from beginning to end for the busy bride who wants a destination wedding. You receive all the services from both our “Everything Package” and the “Wedding Day Management” package. Enjoy being queen for a day and let us worry about the details!
Everything Package
- Initial consultation planning meeting about your big day
- A guided plan based on budget priorities and wish list
- Open communication throughout the process
- Will accompany you to site visits, tastings, and vendor meetings if available
- Handles all details down to the last boutonniere
- Venue searching
- Vendor recommendations if needed
- Scheduling of vendor meetings and communication with all vendors
- Timeline creation and help with venue layout and logistical details
- Assistance with travel accommodations for guests and hotel room block management
- Assistance with invitation assembly and RSVP management
- Assistance with rehearsal dinner and/or next day brunch planning and logistics
- Arrange rental returns post-wedding (ex. cake stands, floral vases, etc.)
- Coordination of rehearsal and wedding day (See Wedding Day Management Package for more details)
- Includes planner and 1-2 assistants
Wedding Day Management
- Initial consultation planning meeting
- Open communication throughout the process
- Scheduling assistance and logistical details
- Vendor recommendations if needed
- Venue walkthrough approximately two months before wedding
- Liaison between bride, groom, family, guests, and vendors
- Timeline creation
- Final meeting approximately two weeks before wedding
- Coordination of rehearsal and wedding day
- Set up and tear down of decor for ceremony and reception
- Pinning on the boutonnieres
- Coordination of line up for ceremony processional and introductions at reception
- Moving items that you might be reusing for the reception from the ceremony and making sure they are set up
- Making sure the reception timeline runs smoothly and helping the DJ or band stay on track
- Releasing tables for dinner if meal is not plated
- Putting the gifts in a designated spot before reception is over
- Help bustling the dress
- Distribution of gratuities and payments
- Anything else you might need us to do during the day (runner between the bride and groom/wedding party/family, help the photographer or florist out, etc.)
- Access to wedding day emergency bag

**Travel fees will be applied once hotel, flight, and transportation, etc are booked. Meals for the team are included in the base rate.
**Add-on services may be added on at any time such as welcome bag assembly, favor assembly, additional consults, additional assistants, etc. There will be additional costs for these services.
